Finding My Inner Peace

When I witnessed the death of my mom and my brother in a car accident, I didn't know how I was going to move on with my life. However, after I found a great therapist, things started to become a lot more manageable. My therapist explained how to move on, and it helped me each and every day. I started to be able to function normally again, and it made me feel whole. My blog is dedicated to helping other people embrace professional therapy and to know what to expect during their initial sessions. It helped me, I know that it can help you too.
